Conley Named Vice President of Perioperative Services for Marshall Health Network

Marshall Health Network (MHN) has named Phillip Conley vice president of perioperative services for MHN.
In this role, Conley will provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for perioperative services across the network, supporting preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative operations. He will focus on advancing quality outcomes, operational excellence, physician collaboration and patient-centered care while supporting MHN’s mission to advance health, inspire hope and serve the community.
“Phillip brings a strong understanding of perioperative operations and a collaborative leadership approach,” said Regina Campbell, RN, chief operating officer for Marshall Health Network. “His experience and commitment to quality and safety will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen and align perioperative services across the network.”
Conley most recently served as executive director of perioperative services at Cabell Huntington Hospital.
