Nida Named Vice President of Ancillary Services for Marshall Health Network

Marshall Health Network (MHN) has named JR Nida vice president of ancillary services for MHN.
In this role, Nida will provide strategic and operational leadership across MHN’s ancillary service lines, supporting the network’s continued focus on quality, efficiency and patient-centered care. He will work closely with clinical and operational leaders to strengthen service delivery, optimize performance and advance system-wide initiatives.
His oversight will include key ancillary areas such as respiratory care, imaging, laboratory, rehabilitation and other diagnostic and therapeutic services across the network.
“JR brings a deep understanding of ancillary operations and a proven ability to lead teams through change,” said Regina Campbell, RN, chief operating officer for Marshall Health Network. “His experience and clinical insight will be instrumental as we continue to grow and integrate services across our system.”
Nida most recently served as director of respiratory care at Cabell Huntington Hospital, where he led respiratory services through periods of significant growth and complexity. His leadership has been marked by a strong commitment to clinical excellence, staff development and collaborative problem-solving.
